A father puts his son on the ledge, fifteen feet from he ground. Kid’s about six. The father asks the kid to jump. The kid shakes his head, afraid to make the move. The father tells him not to worry, Daddy’s here and Daddy will catch you. The kid swallows hard, clenches his hands and makes the jump. The father moves out of the way and lets the kid fall to the ground, cuts, bruises, scrapes, what have you. The father bends over and points a finger in the face of his crying boy. And tells him, ‘Remember one thing. In this life, never trust anyone.

morning ppl, woke up to a totally peaceful morning, felt like there was nothing that was bothering me. but still i know deep inside me, i know there is a place where troubles have yet to awakening, but i hope this feeling lasts. yesterdae was a special day, i enjoyed my other half's company truly. not bad, i would say, but enuff said.

muscles still aching from the glorious day two days back. lol. but like i said, it is sweet tribution. still enjoying the aftermath a lot. hmmm, thinking of fishing tml. the bait will be cockles i hope. u have no idea how much fishes like to eat cockles. but i guess some fishes don even have the slightest idea how a cockle looks like. if u are like some fishes and don have a idea wat a cockle is, it is commonly called a 'sea hum'. it is like a clam anyway. hmmm, anyway think fishes don get to eat cockles at all lo, coz it is tightly shut, i remember the last fishing trip, my fren, z* and i found this cockle washed up onto the rocks, or maybe it was sun tanning or something like that, but den we were going to run out of prawns, so we decided to pry the damn thing open. it rilly is a sea hum lo, damn. first was the knife, couldnt even find a damn slit to slide the knife in. next was the pliers. this time, we had to conclude that fishing is a cruel sport. we smashed the damn thing open and there was some disgusting blood flowing out and the smell was revolting, but wat the hell. none of us wanted to touch that bloody thingy, so we have to use a pliers to put it on the hook. god, the second we threw the line in, there was an enormous splash and the bait was gone. by the size of the splash, we had to conclude that the fish was at least 60cm long, so much excitiment after all we caught were fishes like 4 cm, haha. but it was another fun day.

on my way home, i couldnt help but think if there is a lesson to be learn, had to conclude that nature had things done in such a way that the lesson of adam and eve and the apple thingy is still everywhere. things that are normally in sight and in reach are often taken for granted. things untouchable always have this lure abt them that invites ppl to crave and want them. next lesson is that we shld never follow the footsteps of a sea hum. does clamming up on problems always help, haha? this is crap. lol. but still running away from things will never solve things rte.

starting to think that i can crap better and better. lol. see u peepz ard the next time. over and out.

just thankful to be alive - bert
